He has vast experience of over 7 years  in consultancy of Taxation, Tax Audit & Internal audit of Private Limited Companies, and other entities. He is an efficient multi-tasker and coordinator of various tasks which helps him in providing client specific need

She is a commerce graduate and fellow member of ICSI and a Graduate in Law. She has a rich and varied experience of Eleven years spanning across key areas such as corporate laws, Mergers and Amalgamations, legal and Secretarial Corporate Advisory Services, IPRs and FEMA related matters. She has flair in drafting various business documents. She has also got expertise in Non Banking Financing Companies and Foreign Investment Services.
